Refund Policy

At Get Gaari, we strive to offer the best car rental experience possible. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both the company and our valued customers are protected.

1. Cancellations

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are eligible for a full refund of the rental amount.
  • Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the pick-up time, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Early Returns

If you return the vehicle earlier than the original rental period, you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused rental period. We encourage customers to rent only for the duration they need the vehicle to avoid this situation.

3. No Shows

If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and do not inform us at least 24 hours in advance, the booking will be treated as a “No Show.” In such cases, no refund will be issued.

4. Vehicle Issues or Unavailability

In the unlikely event that your reserved vehicle is unavailable or experiences mechanical issues before or during your rental period, we will:

  • Offer a Replacement: Provide a similar vehicle as a replacement at no extra charge.
  • Full Refund: If no replacement vehicle is available, you are entitled to a full refund of the rental amount.

5. Changes to the Reservation

  • Modifications: Any modifications to your reservation, such as date or vehicle change, can be made without a fee if requested 48 hours before pick-up time, subject to availability.
  • Refunds for Modified Reservations: Refunds, if applicable, will be based on the new reservation details and cancellation timelines.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method. For credit card transactions, the refund will be credited back to the original card used for the booking.

7. Third-Party Bookings

If you have booked through a third-party platform, their refund policies may apply. Please contact the respective platform for assistance.

8. Force Majeure

If a rental is canceled due to events beyond your or our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule without any fees.
