How Get Gaari Works
For individuals, everything works through the app. You search the fleet by type, brand or fuel option, check which cars are available nearby in real time, and book for anything from a few hours to several weeks — self-drive or with a driver, with clear pricing and no hidden fees.
For organisations, we work as a managed transport partner. A corporate account gets a named contact, vehicles and drivers allocated to the contract, usage reporting and one consolidated monthly invoice — whether that covers daily staff routes, executive travel or group trips.
Every vehicle is inspected and insured before handover, drivers are trained and vetted, and our support team is available 24/7 in the app before, during and after the trip.
